Probably at first of all you tried to reboot your mobile. If it did not work I think you should reinstall your firmware with Sony PC Companion or Update Servis if you have official ROM. If you have unofficial one just reinstall it. It could be also ROM bug and vibration and ilumination bar is not supported but it is improbable.
