You don't have anything on your firewall that would block weatherunderground or didn't block internet access from the app, did you? I have it working fine with your zip.

Try to visit http://api.weatherunderground.com and see if you get any failures please.

Yes. Run the setup again and tell it you don't want weather.

The site was just a test to see if you can get to it. The actual data is an XML file from the api

You might want to uninstall it then reinstall it.. I think there might have been a code that didn't update properly and it is messed up in your configuration.

You got the app right before I made that fix. Weather should work after you reinstall

Can you give an option for different weather reports? Like yahoo weather or weather.com....etc....?

The current one is off by about 10 degrees.

Umm. Try another zip code close to your area. Wunderground is the only one I know of with a decent api. If you know the yahoo weather api address, I'd more than happily add that.

I just built and published a version that allows an alternate weather source.

Hope that helps with any inaccuracies. Let me know how it is :)

The update should be live in about an hour

I was going to try this, but when I run it it says another app is required and that app requires Tasker.

You may want to mention this in the description and in this thread. (or fix it if the notice I got was an error)

No other app should be required for this.. I'll check this out, give me a few minutes and I'll update it in the play store. Sorry

Very sorry about this. Let me know if it calls for the app again. It got mixed up somehow.

Everything should be fine in 2.97 coming to you any minute
