[Q] Return to stock from cm10.1

Last night I flashed my new hd+ following verygreen's instruction, replaced the recovery to TWRP,installed cm10.1.

Now I want to return to stock and change TWRP to original recovery,can anyone help me?Thanks.

I tried another post from verygreen,it can only install stock on sdcard and can not update to a new version.

Go to my HD/HD+ CWM thread linked in my signature and flash one of my plain stock zips from item 6. It will replace the recovery too. Be sure to factory reset with CWM.
