Did you try that ?
Cause you seem to execute it from download folders.

is this tool usable for devices which have been updated to android 5.0.2 or works only for kitkat ?
Will this work for the US Cellular version XT1042 to convert to GPE? and will I still get 4gLTE connectivity by flashing my modem if need be? Thanks
Does re-locking also work on 5.0.2?? Just in case 5.1 out anyway does upgrade official needs to re-locking that bootloader??
Looks like great tool!
I need to flash stock recovery.
I installed Moto drivers, tool in C:, enabled Debugging, connected phone in Normal mode.
But when I hit FLASH I'm getting WAITING FOR DEVICE in separate DOS window...
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks!
Interested too...
I used it and it works on Lollipop. however it needs to be updated, the recoveries and root options are outdated.
