Custom firmware based on JK1

well i have created this custom firmware..(based on JK1)
1. able to play spoofed apps frm menu
2. activated SHP for every region.(real time push notifications)
3. added java apps (opera mini and utalk(with notifications when minimized))
4. increased sound volume a little bit (eg increased spkr mp volume from 61db to 81db)
5. increased recipients (SMS and mms ) from default 10 to 100
6. its a full firmware so u'll backup ur contacts and msgs first..

well yes..
onething.. i forgot to add background pause = false in opera mini .. put the attached file(after extracting) in appEx/usr/java/games/operamini using stune.. for multitasking with opera..

A last question before flashing..I've heard you won't get the Facebook Update with JK1. True or nonsense?

its nt with any particular firmware.. if facebook update is in ur country u will get it..
otherwise u can always add updated app afterwards through stune.
(well i dont use fb app even the updated one sucks.. i use opera mini for that and utalk messenger (included) for chat )

Firmware is working fine except of Facebook Push. It's activated but doesn't push

Any suggestion?

EDIT: eMails are not pushed either

Well they all were working fine till day before yesterday.. maybe the servers r overloaded as we all r using same german server

I tested eMail Push 5minutes ago and it worked

Don't know about facebook yet. But nice to see that it's not your FW's fault

News: with the last samsung app update, has been resolved the start spoof application from Samsung Appl ONLINE (from JL2 fw to newest).

Only with JID and JK1 is it possible use the spoof application...

Now it NOT possible use spoof application if you use an others FW.

kk i'll add but u'll hv to try it urself

.. in the mean time u can try overwriting the older app through stune..

thanx....please add it...it would really help..i've been away from the forums for so long that i have no idea of whats going on in the bada world now.

btw, is the browser version 2.0 as in XXJID? its full screen right?

@ all members: are there any bugs or known problems in this firmware? i'd like to know if everythings ok & then i'll flash to it.

tried adding but dint work.. maybe u try with stune.
no browser version is 2.2.. not fullscreen

ok...but how can you have full screen browser with 2.2? doesn't the address bar pop up everytime you tap the screen?

To replace the old facebook version in your phone, use TriX or WaveRemaker to edit the dumped
Shpp.app file => Osp => Applications => sy1vtw8nmm
The folder "sy1vtw8nmm" is facebook.
Replace this folder with the latest facebook version extracted from updated phone (whole folder).

NOTE:
In the attached ShpApp file from anuragsodhi1's "Custom firmware based on JK1",
I have replaced the old Facebook app with the latest version of Facebook. NOTHING ELSE!!
So before flashing with "Custom firmware based on JK1" by anuragsodhi1,
replace the ShpApp.app file with the one here.
