[Q] HELP! HTC One (m7_ul) IMEI is away!

Hello,
I've got a problem.. The IMEI of my Phone is not shown in the informations about the phone (baseband version, IMEI sv too). I couldn't log me in the mobile network and i haven't to input the PIN of my sim-card. The IMEI is still there, but the rom can't recognize her..

I wanted to get S-OFF, but adb says, that my phone is offline, the serial number is shown. I tried several ways to connect, but it doesn't functioned.
