Guys i have latest official non rooted kitkat, my device get hot recently, any idea?

My device goes very hot from time to time. Specially with 3g use and pictures viewing.

Sometimes my phone gets how when the screen is off..that can be due to some apps...go to google settings - apps - uncheck opt out of interest based ads ...this helped for me
