[Q] Verizon sending replacement?

Verizon is sending me a replacement for my M8

It says Certified- Like New HTC One M8
I'm wondering if its refurbished or new since the phone just came out recently?
Has anyone had theres replaced and know if its new or refurbished?

Yeah, certified-like new means it is refurbished.

It should be fine though, I got a GS3 refurbished from Verizon and used it for almost two years before I got my M8. Chances are you won't even notice a difference.

It may have been one of mine! Though one of the two were really noticeable.
