New to the whole customizing but this is what I got so far . Couldn't really find icons that went good with the wallpaper but these will do for now. If anyone has suggestions for icons and what other mods to do please lemme know ! Thanks .

Most likely Widgetlocker or a custom ROM that supports lockscreen wallpaper.

You need to use a 3rd party launcher like Nova Launcher or a custom ROM that supports changing icons. I use the stock ROM, so I use Nova Launcher Prime which is excellent.
You usually long press on the icon you want to change, select "edit," and choose a new icon from your gallery or where ever.

Wallpaper Lockscreen: my own creation
Icons: some made by myself, most of the white icons are from ThaWhiteout icon pack
Widgets: Minimalistic Text (Clock), Beautiful Widgets with simplesolid theme (Weather) and Widgetsoid 2.0 Switcher
Lockscreen App: Widgetlocker

Nothing compared to others setups on this thread, but I love it, and it does everything I need it to. Just wish their was an app like scenes on HTC sense so I can have multiple setups

Clock is Minimalistic Text (easily the best app for customising your screen) the weather is fancy widgets, i found some skins online for it im still trying to settle on one.
I am going to root at some point and I hope to god someone figures away remove that google search bar, what a pain in the arse that is....
