HOW TO INSTALL

Install Firmware R800i_4.0.2.A.0.62_phoenixvendor
Flash kernel LuPuS STOCK ICS&GB
Enter Recovery by pressing [Vol-Down] on boot when LED turns Blue, then format system, data and cache.
Install rom.

donwloading..and installing right now.

well..very fast..very light..till now only 1 bug..FC on camera.(turbo kernel).mini gapps included for those asking.

There is only small problem with Camera, when you first time launch app not responding.
Just need to wait 5--10 seconds an it's ok, or press Home and relaunch app.

Thank you so much! Btw, can you seperate the gapps from the ROM? Some of us use our Plays only for gaming and because of that we certainly need more free RAM. I heard these apps eat 50 MB of the RAM. It's not crucial, but you can make atleast one fellow here so damn happy.

The Launcher is a bit laggy when going to the app drawer

I swapped to Nova Launcher and everything's a lot more smooth, maybe it's a Trebuchet problem?

Trebuchet scrolling is verry smoth, but yes it is laggy sometimes when opening drawer.
I didn't want to include Launchers from Play Store, everybody can download Nova, Apex or Holo HD.

CM9 Ver0.1 but never mind. I just tried Nova and it looks like you're right.

It just seemed a lot more slower compared to how it is in say CM9 for example, I'll keep stockpiling bugs/faults after about 3 days use and report back then

didnt work for me..i even reboot and try again 2 times and nothing..always FC. if i use lupus ics 720 p it will work fine or only 480p?

Camera works fine for me using LuPuS v12 720p

Remember, this is based on stock ics so if ure using turbo kernel camera wont work.

This Trebuchet has settings, but not visible in menu it must be added to settings.apk(just like in CM)
