When using stock rom, right button of mouse worked as back button. Now I'm using cm11 and both buttons on mouse works as touch input so no back on rigth button. Queston is that can those mouse buttons be remapped on some way ?

All things are possible, but not all things are easy. There is no right click function for fingers in Android.
I thought so too. But it is possible, because in stock rom right key works as back. I just don't know how...
