Unable to remove widgets

I have installed "[Kitkat] [4.4.2] Unofficial CyanogenMod 11.0 NIGHTLY" in my XP. I unable to find the option to remove the widgets from home screens.

Can someone pls guide me to remove the widgets?

Just press the widget icon and drag it to the bin at the typ.

I am not getting that bin to drag.. i can drag it to between the homescreens only
