Proof once again that "Tegra powered" games is a marketing ploy.

What's so hard to believe? Just because the 3D didn't sell well doesn't mean it's underpowered. Hell, I bet the original Evo 4G can play this just fine too, ~~even without the graphics turned all the way down.~~

in fact, I'm going to try it right now.

OK, so I was a bit optimistic about not having to turn the graphics all the way down. But still, it's easily playable.

Noice , it worked for me theres water that drips on the sceen but the only thing missing is water on the ground

okay i fixed it , i didnt set my setting to high befor messing with the xml file , make sure you do it first or it wont =)

Nope. Works on gsm, too. Works basically on every android-phone.

My phone is rooted. I went to the / directory, the I went to /data/ and it says directory is empty :/

Which explorer are you using? I'm gsm and the file is there and editable. Here's a screen.
