Z2 released in Taiwan

"Sony today started selling its new flagship Android smartphone, the Xperia Z2. However, at the moment the handset is available only in Taiwan, which was reportedly chosen to be “among the first wave of countries” to get the Z2 because Xperia products are very popular there.

The Xperia Z2 will see a wider availability starting April, when it's going to reach other Asian markets, as well as Europe."

So I guess we will get it in April after all

Oh come on, this waiting is killing me. The waiting for this phone is worse than waiting for mario kart 8 or the new legend of zelda game :laugh: . What do we have have to wait? About 3 weeks? Aaaaaaaarrrrrrggggghhhhh

Me too, but apparently no one from America or Europe was there to have some hands on time with the devices :crying:, I'm dying to see samples of the camera with final software and see the batetry life of the phone :silly:

I'm still shocked that these are selling points in Asia

Xperia Z2, I get it！(From Taiwan)
And New Firmware get too，D6503_17.1.A.2.36_TW.ftf
But touch Sensitivity(17.1.A.2.36) is very low more than Z1, Sometime have no response！

Big bug！

No I meant I want to purchase the phone. I saw the news that it's released in Taiwan so I thought China might have it too.

That promo video was the biggest WTF moment of my week.

And why do apparently all Japanese people do the peace fingers when taking pictures? What is the significance? I'm baffled.

I think they are Taiwan people, but Japanese peace means "joy".

This is my touch line，it is ok.
but Sensitivity is bad for the firmwarwe (2.36 )

Got Z2 too. But have no issue when touching screen.
ps. I have used Z/ZU/ZR/Z1/Z1 Compact. In my opinion, Z2's screen is perfect!
