Maybe the problem is at your baseband, try changing your baseband and tell me if it works

it will allow us to view hindi and bangla language as they are not supported in aosp or cm roms. patched libskia.so,libskiagl.so and libwebcore.so is needed for that... i tried those libs from 2.3.6 but didn't boot...
there is another way if you compile the rom with harfbuzz (or intigrate proper libharfbuzz.so in the framework) it would render hindi(also bangla)...
it wasn't necessary three years back but now most of the websites uses language from the region so it might be very helpfull for indian and bangladeshi users...

I have tried to patch using MIUI arabic patch tool, it failed. Maybe I must find another way to patch it.
I suggest you use S5360DXMI1, I'm using it without any problem.

do full wipe means u hav to format system,data,cache with percy's kenel..then flash rom
wipe data
reboot to miui..

1. be on stock rom
2. flash percy's kernel
3. reboot recovery
4. format system, data, cache
5. Remount all
6. flash rom
7. wipe data only
8. reboot
after successful reboot, flash beilt's kernel without ext4_formatter..
U will not encounter any problem. If u will, then only by wrong installation steps. Do as directed.. :good:

If you find any bugs, please don't hesitate comment to this thread, if this bug is not related to the base ROM, i will try my best to fix it.
Installation Guide:- (RECOMMENDED) Be on a stock ROM, installation will be cleaner
- Download THIS EXT4 tool, the Kernel and the Rom on your device.
- Flash on Samsung recovery (or your recovery if you are not on stock), my temp. CWM.
- When you are on the Temp. CWM, flash the EXT4 Formatter tool, so whole system will be converted to EXT4. (Stock filesystem is RFS)
- After the installation, flash my kernel you have downloaded before.
- When the Kernel is installed, go, on the CWM, to advanced --> reboot recovery (this will reboot the device, and turn it on on the new CWM of kernel)
- Wipe data, cache and dalvik
- (IMPORTANT) Go to mounts and storage, and make sure system is mounted (will show unmounted) mount it 2 times!
- Go to install zip from SD Card, choose zip from SD card and install your MIUIv3. (MAKE SURE installation last more than 5 seconds, if is less than 5 secodns, your system is unmounted! repeate step 8).
- Mount the System again and install GApps.
- After installation, go back and reboot system, if you made it good, ROM boots, so no problem on it.

Known bugs (and will not be fixed):
- Icon in launcher is so small, SOLUTION: please try to apply the default theme.
- Backup function doesn't work properly, SOLUTION: don't backup Gallery, Music, Voice Recording, DND. Some system applications give error when backup them.
- Your phone is a LDPI phone, so please don't try to apply MDPI or HDPI lock screen and theme, it will absolutely break the framework.

I found a solution to make themes work and fix icons problem
download any file explorer with root access and go to data/system and create a folder called theme then apply the default theme.
Ok now you can apply any theme that you want and icons are fixed

This is a theme bug, not a ROM bug. You can fix it by applying another theme. BTW, I will release new update soon.
