good lord it's running so smooth. even after two days of being on. DO NOT use any ram managers, this rom has init.d scripts baked in that manage ram very nicely. I had tons of programs running last night when I went to sleep (about 50mb of free ram) and I woke up this morning and it had cleaned itself up to about 150mb of free ram. music playing very well with a few others tasks running as well. I am very pleased, I truly dig vanilla ice cream sandwiches ;)

EDIT: I had used a few different ram optimizing apps and they all slowed it down, imo

I have been using this ROM now for a week now. Everything was fairly smooth except for the

1- GPS hiccup
2- Occasional stalls
3- Occasional mute/unmute issue

In fact, was liking it more because battery was lasting a whole day with moderate use. Uncertain what happened today, I decided to backup the phone with Titanium before experimenting with different Kernels. Backup was completed without a problem but immediately afterward I was unable to access gmail which was working 30mins before. Thought it was a glitch then tried to reboot to phone ... now I am stuck on the loading ExROM page.

What happened? Any suggestion?

call reject options???

Does this rom have call reject options?
I'm on slim and not there?
Pretty important with the 800 numbers.
Are devs purposely removing these options?

so my media volume keeps getting muted and I can't unmute it.. any ideas?

GeekOnDope, I had the same thing happened to me. I got into recovery shell via adb, and realized /datadata was 100% full. That will cause bootloops for certain. So I copied datadata over to my scard, and used spacesniffer to find the largest folders that I could delete. For me these were the data for chrome, and google reader. After deleting them, I got about 40mb free, and the phone booted normally. Hope it helps.

I tried flashing two different types of kernels, The Latest Kiss touch and Glitch . Both seem to get stuck at the ExRom screen where it says loading. Is there any reason for this?

Deep Sleep Issue Resolved

I turned on auto underclocking in battery booster when screen is locked and phone now goes into deep sleep. GPS still locks...a little slow, but it does lock. No other issues noted with v 2.0. Keep up the good work on this GREAT ROM.

    I focus to fix mute/unmute now. I should have a guide that you could flash another kernel in the future.

    I haven't flashed this rom in particular, but with my experience from yesterday coming from Zen 2.2 to ICS 4.0.3, I had to make sure that I followed these steps for the easiest success.
    MAKE SURE USB DEBUGGING IS ENABLED BEFORE DOING ANYTHING :)
    1. Had CWM installed and ready.
    2. Downloaded the last stable version of CM7 found here: http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1297792
    3. Made sure battery power was up to the max.
    4. Restarted in recovery.
    5. Wipe Data/Factory Reset
    6. Wipe Cache
    7. Install CM7 from zip on sd
    8. It went into boot loop, took out battery and restarted into recovery.
    9. Different recovery came up, reinstalled CM7 from zip
    10. CM7 installed and booted, updated CWM for 3.x
    11. Downloaded ICS Rom
    12. Restarted into recovery
    13. Wipe Data/Factory Reset
    14. Wipe Cache
    15. Install ICS Rom from zip

    Every time I rebooted to recovery I did it manually instead of from a menu. Holding the three buttons in other words. You might get a bootloop while ICS Rom installs, too. I just did the same thing I did with CM7 and popped battery out and retried. Worked like a charm. Now I'm running ICS. They say you can do it without CM7 as an intermediate, but I just got a Frozen Vibrant/Samsung screen when trying to do it. Luckily you can do download mode and restore factory from odin and retry again if you want. Hope this helps.
