I mean i do not intend to flash lg g2 (no installation of recoveries like cwm or twrp)

just root it and enjoy adblock titanium backup and all (without uninstalling crapware)

Will it void my warranty

If yes would i be able to restore it to normal perfectly

would i have to unroot before ota updates

Note: I have already rooted and flashed my canvas hd many times :)
and would love to use root dim, screencast adaway and droidwall on this phone.

yes it will...
but you can unroot your phone anytime.:D
Easiest way I've found to unroot is through SuperSU, has an option to do it right in the settings.

Was really useful for me, rooted sibling's phones (entire family is on the same hardware this time around for consistency), did my custom ROM work, etc., then unrooted it since they don't even know what Linux is, and I don't want to have to deal with them if they break it trying to do something they shouldn't be.

Yes, as said by others it will, but I suggest not to root your phone until you are "bored" with it or it isn't running as fast as it should.:cowboy:
