Reboot Loop Help

Hey guys I need some help.
So I decided to S-OFF my HTC One mini with http://rumrunner.us/ but after some time it says I either have to install insecure kernel or flash different rom. I decided to install this kernel http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2743312 but after that I have a problem and that is reboot loop. Do you guys have any ideas how to fix that?

And I have a question do I need S-OFF in order to install CM11? And do you guys know the simplest way to S-OFF?

Remove hcheck from /system/bin. Go into recovery mount system. Then use file manager to remove file.

How do I install CM11 in this situation guys?

Btw, I am running 4.4.2 Android (rooted, unlocked bootloader, S-ON)
