Well I was worried at first also, but with the same risk of any rom flashed, having to odin to stock, it was only one more step to fix, so I thought why not. And at the time there were only 3 choices, cm7,marcusant revival v1, and I think miui. I am a dare devil I guess. Lol. :D

Any how... so. Mr KG, 7hr21min36s. 1hr24mn of screen on time and I am still at 75% you created one hell of a battery sipper. Oh yeah stock 1500mah battery

Holy crap, that's awesome! I screw with my phone so much I haven't gotten a full charge tested yet because I keep connecting it to a computer. Will see tomorrow at work. Thanks for the kind words!

If you haven't done so yet, check out QBKing77's video on the ROM. He gives very nice props to Kenny and recognizes the great job he did bringing us this work.
While I'm at it, I want to thank QBK77 for his video assistance to our community over the years. 10K subscribers! A few more and he'll be ahead of "Winnebago Man"!

just flashed this rom and the FC09 modem, smooth and fast! GPS is locking 8/10. Thanks OP! now I can't decide if I should keep using google voice instead. anyways, thanks again!

So...here is/was my 10 step process...

Step 1. Try to install peoplev2 over top of existing sleeperrom (bml, odexed). Failure...stuck at samsung splash screen. Nandroid back.
Step 2. Verify md5...all is good.
Step 3. Do a clean install (cwm wipe, then peoplev2). Failure...same stuck spot. Tilt head and scrunch up face just like my dog whenver he is confused. Nandroid back.
Step 4. Ask for help.
Step 5. Try (and fail) to convince everyone that I really am on bml.
Step 6. Download and flash deodexed-fco9-bml.zip. failure..stuck at samsung splash screen. Consider heavy drinking. Nandroid back.
Step 7. Drink one guiness. Repeat step 6...same results.
Step 8. Start to believe that I've lost it and I am on mtd.
Step 9. Download cleangb (bml) and flash. Works like a champ. Step 10. Flash peoplev2...works like a champ. :confused:

So...I couldn't seem to go straight to any... fc09 build? What? Really? Strange...

Also, anyone know if there is a way to change the sound that is made when touching the screen? For some reason, the sound on this ROM isn't doing it for me.

Cluefree, looks like you have one of those phones that continues to prove that every phone is different. I am really glad you figured it out and hope you enjoy the ROM and it was worth all the trouble you went through. The People thank you!

It is called TW_Touch and is inb the system/media/audio/ui folder. You can overwrite with whatever sound you like (ogg of course)

With winzip. winrar, 7zip or jzip you can pull it out of any ROM. If you liked it on your previous ROM extract it from there. It is in the zip in the folder Naddict mentioned above. If you want the stock one back grab it from the FC09 Deodexed ROM. If you like a louder tick like sound, Sleeper and CleanGB have that. Then using root explorer or es file explorer with system as r/w then paste it right over the old one on your phone in system\media\audio\ui directory.

I'm still on bml. I started fresh from stock and was waiting. I wanna enjoy the rom for a little before. I go back to mtd. Good job kenny.

    What is improved in 2.21? Big thanks to Ca1ne for getting the rest of the toggles working in the 15 (that's right 15!) quickpanel toggle mod AND for adding swipe away notifications to TPR!

    Don't forget to flash the FC19 bloat files for all stock apps!

    Thanks to Darkierawr for the push-pull!
    He pulled the FC19 system and pushed me to release it..LOL. I will post the odexed stock versions he sent me in another thread this weekend.

    It is highly recommended to flash this from V2.0 because something wierd happens on 20% of the flashes, the home key doesn't work without this fix.

    The first thing noticeable is the Sprint Connectons Optimizer is removed by Samsung.
    I themed this with the lessbluebox version, changed the bootani, changed the wallpaper, put in all the mods we all love, added the silent camera without the low battery shutoff and Gtalk with video.
    All the stock apps (bloat) have been pulled and put into a flashable.
    This has everything else that 2.0 has with the same thanks to all those Devs.

    You MUST wipe cache and Dalvik or bad things happen (drove me crazy).
    The BML issues are fixed, Boot to recovery works and bootanimation can be seen.

    For anyone with battery issues please change i/o scheduler to anything besides cfq. Cfq does sleep but not as well as the other governors do on some phones. You also might want to wipe your battery stats with cwm (I know it has been stated this is a bad thing to do, but it has cured battery issues for me) and also pinpoint what is eating your battery up... I have been running the bml version on my epic for 6 hours and it has only dropped 9% with minimal use.
