I'm digging the white one for a white phone, but to me the price seems a bit steep. Coming from an iPhone 4s with a Magpul Executive field case (ok... so I haven't bought an s3 yet, but it's happening this week!), I'm worried that it will be too bulky and heavy compared to what I've come to expect from my previous case. It would also be nice to see some pictures that aren't just digital mockups.
After watching the review I don't like it much it's a bit too big for me. I'm currently using the seudo surface and switch between that and a tpu bumper case I got on ebay for $3.
I want another case just to switch it up once in a while and thought this looked good bit meh. Anyone actually use it? How does it feel in hand?

I'm with you there. If this was a $20 case, I'd take the risk; for $35, I'll wait for more reviews and maybe a brick and mortar appearance (if that happens).
Yeah not only that but for that amount you can buy top name brand stuff like ballistic cases and otterbox.

I agree. I want a light weight case that offers good protection- and this case fits the bill. But it is overpriced. At $15 I'm all over it..
Word. I recommend you check out the seido surface. It's slim, less expensive, and feels good in hand. Great product.

Funny, the ballistic maxx was also placed on the same order. I'll let you guys know which is better.
It turns out that I'll be getting the S III tomorrow; I glanced at the case on Amazon again and noticed that they had 2 of the white ones in stock where as before they were estimated to be in stock at Amazon (sold by Amazon) in 2-3 weeks, so I bit the bullet and bought one. I don't usually spend this much on cases, but if this turns out to be worth the $35, I'll keep it; if it's a $15 case in a fancy package, it's going back. I'll post pics and impressions when I get it in a couple of days (prime shipping).
I'll be lurking in this thread to see how you like this case.... I think I read u also had a ballistic sg maxx. Would love to know how you think they compare. I'm still looking for a case that's as protective as my maxx when I use my pocket and not the holster and just to switch thing up some. Looks like a solid option....

So I got the all black version today and I am not regretting the purchase. In addition to the case, it comes with a screen protector and cleaning kit.
It is not that bulky of a case and the device is still comfortable to hold in the hands. I'm not going to do drop tests with the case but rest assured that if your device does happen to fall then it will do a very good job of protecting it. The power and volume buttons are covered but they still remain very responsive yet they won't be accidentally pressed while in your pocket (or purse, for the ladies
). Every cutout aligns perfect. The quality of the case is amazing and it will surely last for a while. I don't have a full screen protector currently installed so I can't comment on the compatibility. The case does fit tight so removing it will take a bit more force but nothing that is unacceptable. That's all I can think of atm but feel free to ask any questions and I'll try my best to answer.
Edit: I applied a full screen protector (Realook 3D) and the case is compatible with it.
Here's a thickness comparison between a couple of my slimmer cases. I also have the Diztronic TPU and SGP Modello but it would be redundant to show these since they're similar in thickness to the two I'm about to show.

I received my white one today as well. I'll post pictures and impressions in the next few days after I receive my phone (coming tomorrow via fedex). However, upon taking it out of the packaging and holding it, it's much lighter and thinner than I thought it would be. This case might be a keeper.

Update (8-23-2012): Sorry for the late review but looks like many people beat me to it. I have had the case for a little over a week and I am still very impressed with the quality, design and feel. I don't think there will be any other case on my GS3 besides this one. Its just too nice.
The case doesn't add a lot of thickness and just feels absolutely great in your hands. The side buttons are very easy to press and the volume button has very good grip due to the jagged design the volume button was given. Worked out great the other night while in bed and I grabbed my phone in pitch dark and was easily able to tell which side was up due to the volume button design. A couple of others cases I own I had trouble with this feat.
There was just 2 issues I ran in to at first. First was that my Skinomi screen protector did not last with this case. It started to peel up on the sides due to the cases perfect all around fit. I have not put the screen protector on yet that came with the case but if you happen to already have one on your phone you may have the same issue. The second thing was that the case felt kind of slick when I first received it but after a few days that went away.
I would post pics but there are so many in this thread already that I don't feel it is needed. Overall everyone should buy this case if they like the industrial look and want one of the best cases available for the GS3. Read through the entire thread and you will find some more great in depth reviews with pics.
