[Q] Galaxy S5 smart alert problem?!

hey,am i the only one who is having problem with this feature?!
I tested with sms,missed calls...it worked great on Galaxy S4.

I had same problem. Factory reset solved my problem with Smart Alert and Direct Call (both features uses accelerometer).

Funny thing however...After factory reset, it worked for a time, then stopped. I've heard it's a KITKAT situation but I'm not really buying that. Anyway...I found an app that replicates this function called Vibify. Works great, minimal battery drain (if any), the ability to turn the function with a scheduler etc. Try it out.
