For those who want to SWAP their internal SD storage with external SD storage, here's a flashable MOD.
Flash this MOD via CWM, no need to wipe anything http://d-h.st/8mk

For those who SWAP their storage but would like to go back to factory default.
Flash this MOD via CWM, no need to wipe anything http://d-h.st/VE4

Tested on Xperia go ST27i running JB 4.1.2 (6.2.A.1.100 firmware), for those who tested this MOD on older firmwares or other identical device,
please post message and I will update info.

Kabayan! Been looking for this specific mod but every single vold.fstab mod I've come across give me the same error: USB connectivity has failed.

Also, I cannot access Storage under Settings. It just force closes.

My device runs on 6.2.A.1.100 (4.1.2) with everything stock and I'm just dumbfounded all these mods I've come across don't seem to work.

Now testing yours, will report in a while.
