yeahh.
I experienced this problem before
since you're already rooted,to fix it :
install any root explorer. [ root explorer @ Es file manager ]
mount rw in system
go to
/system/etc/
delete this crap
- hosts file
or you can just install terminal emulator from playstore and enter this code :
then reboot
