You're gonna need to get adb working, both methods require it. I'm in a good mood so I'm gonna give you the solution to the error 99 problem, but please in future search properly before posting, the solution to that problem has been posted dozens of times in the Facepalm thread.
When you get error 99 after flashing the zip, you need to force a reboot to the bootloader and start the process again and you should get error 92 again.
Why isn't adb working? What ROM are you on? Have you updated your drivers? Do you have usb debugging turned on in Developer Options?

Well there lies a lot of my problem at this point. I dont know. I have Unlock, Root, SU CID, S-Off, USB Debug, but for some reason I could not get the firmware to update so I was going into the bootloader to restore for the night till today and clicked down cursor didnt move, did it agin, hit power button when it landed on Recovery but it registered both so it went to factory rest in Bootloader/fasboot and deleted my backup/original Rom. I did back it up to my PC but as fate had it in for me last night it was corrupt.... So I am now at a point with no actually access to anything but the Bootloader/fastboot screen and I do have fastboot USB but no ADB. Its a brain buster after being up all night at work. Thanks for all you wisdom to this point.
