[Bug]Unable to Delete/Erase the Number Entered when Call in Progress

Hi,

Just bought GS4 9500 Edition recently. I have quite new annoying problem with the dailer. Actually, i was suppose to make a call to customer care where IVR feature is enabled. I need to access the menu by pressing the Numbers. The Problem is when the number is wrongly entered (For eg, entering our customer Id/CC Number) unable to delete the entered number from dialer.

Is there any fix for this?

All gt i9500 have same thing in my phone deleting key not available.

Because there is no need for it, once you enter the number you cannot delete or undo it. Even if your phone have the delete button it will just delete the numbers that appear on the phone not on the call. What you can do is to redo it from the start.

Correct me if I'm wrong.
