Rooted but what Rom? Completely stock? Stock Roms are Odex custom are deodexed launcher is for deodexed Roms.
If you're completely stock flash a, custom stockish Rom which there are several then flash the launcher mod

Here's an 900F stockish Rom that hasn't been debloated that works very well is deodexed and you can flash launcher mod
