[Q] Can any of these system apps be frozen (disabled)?

Greets, can any of these system applications be disabled using Titanium Backup or prevented from started using Autostarts app? They are always running when I boot my phone. I did a search but had no luck. Thanks

1) Google Play Services (with two sub services)
- GCMService
- GoogleMessagingService

2) Google Play Services (with three sub services)
- NlpLocationReceiver
- GoogleLocationManager
- DispatchingService

3) Media
- DeviceStorageService

4) com.android.qualcom (with two sub services)
- DunService
- DiagService

1),2) As long as you don't need play store and the other google services freeze them but i don't recommend it.
3)No, don't touch it.
4)Not sure, but i would let it be.
