Looks good brother, welcome to the jungle.

Edit: Do you plan on adding more options to the boot menu,i obviously wasnt paying attention for about 15 minutes i kept rebooting, thinking i was booting into recovery, when all along its just a regular reboot procedure, booting me back into the rom,its early for me,hahaha.I also noticed ,no rom control, isnt that implemented into CM roms by default?Excuse me for dumb questions,im a sense fan,im just now delving into ICS and JB,so im still learning here.

Re: [ROM][UNOFFICIAL]SlimBean[4.2.2 JDQ39]

Rom so far is running great. I flashed jamztaylors a2sd, no success. Then rewiped, flashed rom, then a2sd, then gapps, & it still didn't work. But I don't really need it as this is a spare device. While trying to get a2sd working I would get the "SD card not mounted"

Sorry man..... The reboot/recovery? Lol. In Dev options. And to get into more, read that bit just before the disclaimer.

I'll look into it. See what's up.

Just did a clean flash. ROM only. No GApps, No a2sd. Installed a few apps through file manager, then went into Manage Apps, clicked one and clicked 'Move to SD' and it worked. 'Move back to Phone' caused it to hot boot but still moved it back to phone. I hope this helps at least until I get the next build going.

Yea i read that part, but it doesnt explain what it does and how to activate it and its not explained in the install instructions,so someone might get confused, alot of people dont know about the developers option, because its already activated on install by default usually, maybe a little more info might help.Again, nice job on the rom.

Re: [ROM][UNOFFICIAL]SlimBean[4.2.2 JDQ39]

Also, the reboot menu goes nowhere. Be nice if it offered to go to recovery, boot loader etc. I've gotten around the issue using the reboot menu through ROM toolbox pro.

That's funny about the Dev. options, the first time I noticed they weren't there was months ago on my Note2, more often then not they are hidden like that. So when I saw them missing after the flash I knew right what to do, I actually use a couple of the settings, android debug & for the Evo I like to turn animations off.

Re: [ROM][UNOFFICIAL]SlimBean[4.2.2 JDQ39]

For the time being, just go to Dev Tools in the app drawer, then Developer Options. There you can setup the. Advanced Reboot Menu.

NP man. It was already an issue I was unaware of until posting. I'm working on fixing that and adding hot reboot for the next build.

Is there anyway to make this ROM faster. Also awesome job loving it just a little slow
I use the BadAss governor and feel like this ROM is super fast, even when compared to Gingerbread ROMs. I also enabled the following memory options under Performance settings in the screenshot below:
    Screenshot_2013-04-21-17-07-28-1.png

But... if you just want a stupid fast ROM, go flash Deck's ReLoaded .500 RLS. Jamieg did some straight voodoo with that one lol.

Hey Wambo how can I turn of the fast boot option I gotta unroot my old evo cause I gave it to my friend.. I gotta unroot for sprint to activate it..

No need to unroot for sprint to activate. Just flash captain throwbacks ota rom. Activate. And flash this again. I've done it before.

Okay, ROM Toolbox Pro still fails when I try to move an app to the SD card, and not every app allows the option to move it to the SD card. Might I be missing something?

    Thanks! Any help is appreciated.

You really need to use the search button bud. The info your looking for is very easy to find.

But ill pretend your search button doesn't work for now...

    Go into terminal emulator.
    Type su then enter
    Type a2sd reinstall
    Let the phone reboot

    Back into terminal
    Type su the enter
    Type a2sd cachesd
    Let phone reboot

Stop playing with Rom toolbox unless you are "freezing" apps. Everything else is pretty much included in a cyanogen based Rom.

I know your search button is broke, but I'm sure your "thanks" button aint!

The Seeder app works well to help speed things up, look for it in the general Android Apps forum, don't have a link off the top of my head. I think it might be in the Play Store, now that I think about it.....

Here Is a link if anyone needs it.?
    Seeder 2.0.0

    I Like CrossBreader Instead CrossBreader

Note "GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS" in OP hope you like it works great with Slimrom v4

    Thanks Wambo Nice Work !!!

There should be an option under the Slim Interface settings to revert that back to normal. Look for "dual panel" something-or-other.

And for anyone wanting dtapps2sd, here's the link to the file in my box account: https://www.box.com/s/wxfzwkk95o957r7vwgbf (Might need to create an account to download, not sure...)

Edit: Here's a link to the same A2SD file on Dropbox: https://www.dropbox.com/s/06rb0dfzj53ipba/dtapps2sd-2.7.5.2-1-signed.zip
To install go into recovery, wipe caches, flash, reboot, open terminal, type "su", accept, type "a2sd reinstall", reboot. If you want the cache moved to SD, then go into recovery once more and type "su" then "a2sd cachesd" and reboot.
