I can't get my HTC One m7 S-Off. Tried with everything so far and nothing helps.

I have tested all USB-ports, diffrent USB-cables, disabled Anti-Virus and Windows Firewall, ran all software as administrator, HTC drivers installed and adb working fine.

Rumrunner nor Firewater works. See logs,

Waiting for fastboot (7/120)

I'm also having the same problem with firewater. I'm using a Verizon HTC one with a locked boot loader and weak sauce.

Sent from my HTC6500LVW using xda app-developers app

@alray

firewater is discontinued, use sunshine s-off

I've tried rumrunner for my HTC One m7 and done everything that was said in the op.
But thank you for showing me another way going s-off!

If the exploit doesn't work, you will not have to pay anything.
