Lets just make this a general thread, because I've put some work in to this for a couple months and I wasn't too sure what to do with it over in /w/, but here it will get a good following and might be able to do the same at WPCentral.

Anyways, I'll start by linking my pastebin and attaching a picture that sums everything else up.
Please note this also includes WP7 for people who might have gotten one as a hand-me-down/free phone.

Also If you have an ATIV S, ATIV S NEO, or an ATIV Odyssey, you can set your own custom accent colors by using SamWP8 Tools and flipping over to the tweak tab. (You must be InteropUnlocked for this to work!)
