Maybe not all of them but it is possible. You just have to ask around and see which ones are compatible. I even have an i9500/i9505 Theme on my phone but something with the google apps dont match so I had to uninstall the updates for Google Play Services

The i9500 roms are built for a different processor. There could be compatibility issues.
However all of the roms built for the i9505 should work fine. And there is a lot more development for the 9505 than the 9500. So that shouldn't be a bad thing.
This section is where you want to look. It's 1 away from the link you posted on the international S4 forum.

And obviously you can use any ROM made for the 919 T Mobile version.
