The Weather widget always says "Couldn't connect. Try again later." So far, I haven't heard of anyone for whom it's working after upgrading to JB.

Actually, my Nexus S gets really weird after upgrading to JRO03E, before upgrade, my Nexus was using stock ICS and stock recovery...locked and unrooted.
It refuses to connect to my home Wi-Fi due to "poor reception", even I place my Nexus next to the Wi-Fi router.
Besides, my app drawer is messed-up like jojost.
I simply did a factory reset and every thing is working fine now.
I suspect some apps incompatible with JB 4.1.1 messed up the whole system...:cyclops:

Weirdly, it just started working for me for the first time since I upgraded. I don't know if it was coincidence, but I had just activated Google Now when it started working.
I do confirm CRT effect bug (this bug affects only the 9023 SLCD model) and home screen showing for an instant before the lock screen when pressing the power button to reactivate the phone.
Anyway JB is the best Android ever seen.

I have some problems, don't know if I am the only one.
1. No offline voice recognition and can't download offline database.
2. Scrolling messaging widget crashes the launcher.

Widget problem
I don't know if I'm the only one, but everytime that I add a widget and then reboot, every widget disappear. In this case I tried with beautiful widgets, shazam, twitter and several apps, also the keyboard was changed to default :s Any advice?

after i disabled google now i cant seem to fine the enable button.................
Search key>Menu Button>Settings. It's the first option on the settings page.
This happens to me as well, with widgets "Tasks" and "Locus Pro". My other widgets (Evernote, widgetsoid) remain in place. I have the i9023 (slcd) version of Nexus S. Got the update OTA on Saturday. CRT animation problem here too, seems to be an i9023-only bug. I should mention that I did a factory reset after the update.

Am I the only one having spontaneous reboots?
First I flashed 4.1.1 over 4.0.4 (OTA package and CWM) which brought
1 reboot after ~4 hours,
1 reboot after ~12 hours,
and then ~200 hours without any problem.
Yesterday I used the factory image from developers.google.com ... /android/nexus/images to do a ./flash-all.sh (should replace and reset everything, right?), but I got a reboot today at work after ~3 hours with the phone just laying around doing nothing special.
Hardware: Nexus S crespo international version
Software: 4.1.1 stock, never rooted, only bootloader unlocked for CWM; german; Google Apps Account

The first one is not a bug, at the moment this feature is not active on stock Nexus S but only on Galaxy Nexus and Nexus 7. If you use custom ROM this feature could work well also on Nexus S so maybe that Google decide to "cut" this feature for marketing reason... Like Apple with Siri that work only with 4s...

I don't have log messages but I get random reboots since ICS. First time I installed ICS I got 2 or 3 reboots a day. Then I installed google's official image and never got a reboot again. Now with the official image of Jelly Bean I'm getting random reboots again every day ...

Why everyone forgot about the biggest bug of JB, the wifi issue... Wifi doesn't connect or disconnects too often while using WPA Enterprise / 802.1x EAP networks!!
And I hope Google fixes this stupid bug ASAP... coz I can't use wifi since I updated to JB and I am regretting it!!

1. It seems the lockscreen animation when you power the phone on(the splash that surrounds the padlock), seems to stop working. It used to appear after about 5 seconds again. It does appear when pressing the screen.
