question about flashing cm rom. from stock jb please heeeelp

Am on stock jb now I downloaded the rom .gaaps. and kernel... but it failed.. I was wondering .. do I have to flash cyanogenmod 10.2 official first then flash .. custom rom or I can just flash the custom rom itself.. please help am on stock now feel weird haha..

What recovery and version are you using. It probably needs to be updated

Never mind i had a bad corrupted file i downloaded again and it work..
