unreliable voicemail ?

I've been using this visual voicemail that registers an icon when someone has left me a voicemail....it is not working properly lately and I have been missing a lot of voicemail because there is not a real time voicemail icon being left. Is there a better voicemail service that you guys use?

Thanks I'll try that. I didn't mean to make two duplicate threads. I posted the thread but did not see it when i went to check a few hours later, and the create a new thread was still up so I figured I typed up the question, but did not post it so I hit post then saw later it posted twice.
