Are you 100% sure you are S-OFF? Does it say S-OFF in your bootloader?
Are you getting an error when trying to use the RUU?
It says unknown error 155Are you getting an error when trying to use the RUU?
Have you tried a different USB Port/

Follow this guide but use the 1.29 decryped RUU...it should work the same but I'm not 100% sure try at your own risk

Make sure you use the decrypted 1.29 RUU ...if you use the 3.05.651.6 RUU you will have to RUU twice

I had the same problem and had to downgrade the hboot. Was getting 155 error being S-off.
I had the same problem the other night. I just flashed hboot 1.40 I think. I remember its the very first hboot available for our phone. RUU ran just fine after that.

Rename it to rom.zip and put it in the same folder as your fastboot.exe
