[Q] Is Freegee safe to use to install twrp

Read that Freegee works to install twrp and I've been directed to use it multiple times but want to know if it's truly safe as I've read it had bricked a few devices. Rogers d803. Thanks

I was uneasy at doing that too since I wasnt sure if it would work. But I took a leap of faith, and it worked. no issues yet (knock on wood)
