In addition to the pre-installed one (smart, SE! But now when the built-in one is scratched people think it's the screen that's scratched and say the SE phones' screens scratch easily...) I also received an additional one for free in the box. Fits the S perfectly.

I just got my XS today it had a screen protector inside the packaging do they come pre-installed or is that a spare one?

In my package in Poland I had one preinstalled on the screen - like on another SE phoner - for ecample Arc, the secound one was part of additional accesories. With pouch Sony case
