I try to use on official ICS firmware but it doesn't work...
Flash is ok but i have black wallpaper (cant change) and no status bar
(with the buble pakck)

ps: now i cant run recovery mod anymore..

Try to do wipe dalvik & partition cache before flashing.
Hey zohaib, great work you done. would u like to know how to modify the transparent status & notification bar? many thanks

Why are the files with RAR extention? They can't be flashed with recovery. Make more acurate step by step instructions pls.

How to change that ugly grey color to black? (2)
Also that white horizontal line would be better in Blue. (1)

I can live with that white line, but that grey background is killing me :mad:

I am using Dort v1

I made some progress with customizing the Dort v1, but still do not know how to change that grey :eek::confused:

is there anyway to get the battery icon back to ics stock with just a battery with no number etc? gj btw nice mod.

Well I admit that I'm a completly noob, but I've tried so hard before came here to post.

I've uncompressed the .rar files and tried to zip them.
Then tried to install through recovery but there is a uncompression trouble during the installation.

Im using ICS Arconium + Doomlord Kernel for ICS.

    How to install ............:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:


    This is not a CWM flashable zip , so install it using root explorer

    transfer the system ui apk & quick panal apk file in your system / app folder

    both file can transfer using root explorer with that permissions RW/R/R

    After copy reboot your phone and search quick panel app in menu by using that app you can change notification widgets

    Please make a backup of your system ui.apk file before try my mods

    Nope, it is in SystemUI.
    It's in SystemUI.apk\res\values\drawables.xml:

    Change line 14 to:

    Code: 
    <item type="drawable" name="notification_item_background_legacy_color">#ff111111</item>

    (Basically changing #ffaaaaaa to #ff111111, making it match the notification_item_background_color item.)

    It seems it is a bug in ICS 4.0.3 that makes notifications from 3rd party applications, built based on previous Android versions' APIs, appear with an ugly gray background.

    The reason is a few lines of code in framework.jar:

    If TargetSdkVersion is lower than Build.VERSION_CODES.GINGERBREAD(APILevel9), set R.drawable.notification_row_legacy_bg!!

    1. make a backup of your systemui.apk with root explorer from folder "system/app"
    2. unrar the package and put the new systemui.apk in the system folder
    3. set the permissions to rw-r-r
    4. put the systemui.apk in system/app and overwrite the existing file
    5. reboot
