Doesn't work on non-motorola I think, just tested and didn't.. It uses mp4's instead of a series of images.......

There is an app in the play store called "Motorola Boot Services" that contains this but as noted won't work with many Roms.

I lost it after system restore via TWRP...

If you can upload here whole /system/nedia/audio/ folder, i will be happy
