those are no cabs but oem packages for chefs only.

be careful with:

langid boot lang 0xxx (not included, one lang of this package needed, 0409 advised)
wincenls_0xxx (not included, four of those are always needed)

No bears or vodka at background - normal dialer

The point is that updated mui is needed to make dialer to work in Russian interface. In wwe interface - no problems.

I personally would love to see a dialer with bears and vodka at the background, as background picture for sure... wait, a transparent dialer?:laugh:
