2 thing:
-When i thied to edit contact's photo looks like i was synchronized (small) but if i put thme from gallery looks great(Your theme improves timescape pictures)
-Contacts' pictures looks compressed horizontally(when i put them from gallery)

im using wolfbreak 6
i did wipe cache before and after and then flashed the zip that fixes the FCs on sound and display, which worked but the power off options would pop up and it would just reboot.
oh when you say mean fix permissions... what is that exactly?
it should work on wolf's...
u can fix permissions in xRecovery, under advanced - last option
if the prib persists, try upgrading to wolf's rom v7 (it's better anyway) or u can try DonutHD (what I am using - blazing fast)

i really like the dailpad, themes and even timescape and widgets, briefly all xperia s is wonderful.

thanks man but i really liked the theme even though i couldnt switch off my phone lol.
is donut for locked boot loaders and for BB.71, still browing through thred but having a difficult finding the information

Ive tried 5 times now, from a stock install of GB, not installed any apps etc, just firmware then tried to install theme, all i get is force closes all the time, IVe followed the instructions to the letter and also done your other instructions for someone who had/has the same issue, just no matter what i do or try everything force closes as soon as it gets past the lock screen. Any other tips on how to get it to work?
Also dont know if this is any use, but once booted and you have closed all force close messages, the phone runs, but opening anything begins the force closing all over again, also it appears the SD card isnt seen by the phone once this theme is installed. For now ill have to leave this theme as its a shame as it really looks nice and brings a fresh look to the old gal.

I am on the DONUTHD 2.1 with Xperia_S-cust update... I have tried installing the zip file as per instructions but after reboot, the phone hangs at the welcome screen "SONY ERICSSON". Had to restore back...

try using DOnutHD with ICS update not the XperiaS one
most probably that will fix it

i tried installing it on my X10i but keeps on force closing everything 1 by 1 first home then email etc......
i guess xperia s update is using a different framework and some other files as well, so most likely it won't work. as gkassar said, use the ics update.
well I donno why, I am not facing any FC is picture contacts
the only buf I am aware of is the picture size issue after syncing with goole; and donno how to fix that too
btw fyi many people with a DoomKernel r facing some issues & FCs here & there
can't really do anything for that as I am on locked stock

I am fully aware that there are numerous ICS Themes already available for our beloved veteran X10, but I can assure that mine will - by far - offer the best usage experience; as it is simply an all-inclusive theme !!
To make it short, just look at the preview screenshots below
Here’s a brief description about what was moded / changed in V1.0
- changed the global background to full black
- changed the lockscreen to a single button ICS style one
- changed the app icons of most system apps (with a brand new compiled ICS style alarm icon)
- totally replaced stock calculator app, messaging app and the default keyboard
- changed the bottom menu bar of the stock alarms clock to full black & the clock widget
- added a new second ICS analogue clock widget
- changed the dialer, call log, contacts & favorites icons, background & buttons
- changed the infiniteview & some of the calling/incoming call background & buttons
- changed the status bar layout
- changed the image when you plug in the device to a USB mass storage
- replaced the icons in the power button options
- changed the settings menu icon of xLoud & Bravia add-on to match ICS theme
Here’s a brief description about what was moded / changed in V1.1
- changing the page indicators & some settings icons in Home launcher
- new bootscreen from the upcoming ICS of Xperia S
- more ICSish work to phonebook & related apks
- ICSish makeover for the stock alarm clock
- ICSish Google search widget

i faced the same problem first, so i will tell you step by step what should you do:
first you should be on xperia stock theme, but here you cant flash this ics theme coz in the stock theme you dont have the notificaion bar.
so before u flash this ics theme flash the attached file, here you will be able to have notifiations in your rom.
after flashing the attached file you can flash the ics theme here, you'll have no force close and no problems you'll face for sure.
follow these steps and, tell me if you faced any problem. I'll be glad to help.
