Settings.apk from sgs4

Would there be anyway to get the sgs4 settings app with the tabs to run on our sgs3's?

I highly doubt that since it is tied into the framework. Someone might consider a guide or something to alter the existing settings.apk to make it look like the s4

yeah, there's an app on the playstore, i dont have a link, but i do have the apk.
