I just took this from the M8

1. download http://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=23501681358539720
2. reboot to bootloader
3. fastboot oem rebootRUU
4. fastboot flash zip splash.zip
5. fastboot reboot

Thanks to HTC for the splash and to andybones for the directions

Roms or splash screens lol umm might release a Rom tmmrw based on the sense 6 ota basically stock debloat and added all the stuff vzw left out like power saver extreme powersaver some quicksettings music channel panorama plus etc..

No. This is an image that needs fastboot RUU mode in order to install. Just a quick FYI - things can only be flashed via recovery if they have an edify installer. Look for a META-INF folder with an updater script and binary in it, that will tell you whether or not it can be installed in recovery.
