Still no support for Tegra 2 (needs NEON instructions)
according to the FAQ (https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA11019/How-do-I-make-video-calls-with-Skype-for-Android") you still need the NEON instructions set, and Tegra 2 is not supported for video.
"* This specifically does not include some tablets that use the Tegra 2 chipset (e.g. Android tablets and Motorola Atrix do not support video calling)."
This is a bit of a bummer, i'm really hoping they get this sorted out soon. It works on my SGS, but i'd really prefer the tablet.

Yes but Fring is not Skype.
Most of the business world uses Skype.
