In most countries you have some kind of mediators for this kind of litigations between consumers and corporations. Unless your file is made of hot air you're almost sure to win the case. These mediation services do not require to have a lawyer.
As someone else already mentioned, you need a written trace of your exchanges with Samsung/service center. Don't waste time and money on phone calls if you see that you are talking to a wall.
If the forts mails stay unanswered or result in a denial of your warranty claim, then it's time to switch into second gear and give them a deadline inform them that you will contact mediation services if they do not react within this deadline.
If they continue playing dumb, then you must do whatever you announced to do. E.g. seek help from a mediator.
