[Q] Galaxy S4 Camera Crushes

Hi, i have the phone for a few days and I haven't been able to open the camera even once, its crushes all the time.
I get the warning "Camera Failed "
any idea how to fix it ?

Try doing a factory reset. That may help.

But crushes ? Is it THE HULK ?
I think u mean " Crashes " right ?

WoW calm down girl i said excuse me i mean no intentions for making fun of anybody, just the idea of the "hulk" entered my mind when i read the OP and imagined what would happen if the cam was the hulk. Just imagine...

Anyone know if this is software or hardware bug? I've aso experienced it but I've read from googling its hardware and get it replaced to a site that claimed by force closing the camera apk fixes this issue on galaxy phones...?

Ps it only happens randomly and only done tha around three times

If you have message "Camera failed"...
First of all try this: Open Camera app from the "Application manager" and do "Clear data", then restart the phone.
Second: Do a Factory reset (of course save your data!).
Third: Reinstall Android OS.
If this not help you, you have a hardware problem. You need to change the camera.
