Hi!

Since my Galaxy Note has no further purpose (I'm using a LG G2 now) I was thinking of another use yesterday. This use is intended as a remote control for my Canon DSLR (--> http://www.dslrcontroller.com ) and this is intended to be the only purpose of my Note. Because of that I'm searching for a very light ROM which is booting very fast. Do you have any recommendations?

In principle I'm only needing two apps: Google Market and DSLR Controller... ;)

I think that Slimkat (4.4.2) is the right rom for you. It's very light and fast, and it's easy remove all the apps you want

Allright, I'm on Biftor SlimKat V6.0 right now. Looking good so far, booting time is fairly decent. The ROM itself is loading faster than the time needed for pre-ROM-boot... :D :good:

Case closed, thanks! :good:
