Installed this rom.
The tablet restarts randomly.
How can I solve this problem?
Some users are using a different kernel (GUEVOR kernel if I'm not mistaken), and say their devices no longer random reboot. Other than that, there's no real fix for it since it's ASUS that needs to fix it, it's not a ROM related problem.

Check 2 things:
1-Make sure you haven't pressed by accident the dock key that enables/disables the dock mousepad.
2-In the settings, go to ASUS Customized Setting, and in Touchpad pointer style (under TOUCHPAD / MOUSE), chose Mouse cursor mode.

If you're writing in this thread, most likely you're using this ROM. So, my question to you is:
Have you checked MD5 checksum before flashing the ROM?
Because since it's happening in all browsers, there's something wrong with the ROM you've flashed (not the ROM itself since most of us don't have that problem). When MD5 hash doesn't match you're bound to face all kinds of troubles, hell, you're lucky it booted.
Either way, check the MD5 and if it doesn't match, just download the ROM again.
IMPORTANT:
Even if the MD5 is good on your PC, you need to check it on the device also, because something can go wrong when copying the ROM to the SDCard/Internal Storage.
[EDIT]
After reading more carefully your problem, I can say I had some problems with playing videos in the default browser myself. Mainly it happens when trying to go into fullscreen. Now, what I do is click the lower right corner of the video I want to watch (if it's an youtube video) and get a popup to watch it in the Youtube app, otherwise what you say is right, we need to kill the brower before we can use it again.
