I have the latest 4.4.3 ROM from Sultanxda on 3.0.16, with his latest Kernel. My front facing camera works fine, but cannot get the rear (main) camera to work. It worked for a minute last night with a downloaded "nexus camera app", then the infamous "Cannot connect to camera" pops up every time. Any help?? I've searched ... no threads have been helpful. I've flashed the ROM, GAPP 4.4.3 modular micro, & Kernel 3 x's now.... still the same. Everything else is running smooth as silk.
