Yup. Which is whyI don't get why/how anyone else is using this ROM. It also has the echo issue where the person you are speaking to hears an echo of themselves. You can't hear it though. I tried but the people I spoke to complained so much that I had to flash back stock.

echo & messenger still bugged, in latest nightlies?

I haven't tried 12/24... but 12/23 did.

And looking at the change log... doesn't look like any fix yet.

Code:
cm-11-20131224-NIGHTLY-d801.zip

camera: Proper fix for the missing video-sizes issue (android_packages_apps_Camera2)
camera: Support for HTC's HDR mode (android_packages_apps_Camera2)
camera: Handle the num-jpegs-per-shutter mode (android_frameworks_av)
Forward port CM Screen Security settings (2/2) (android_packages_apps_Settings)
Forward port CM Screen Security settings (1/2) (android_frameworks_base)
Reorganize and clean up lock screen section (android_packages_apps_Settings)
camera: Check if video sizes are available (android_packages_apps_Camera2)
Remove redundant variable definition (android_bootable_recovery)
Do data/media checks first in format_device() (android_bootable_recovery)
camera: Disable wavelet denoise by default (android_packages_apps_Camera2)
Revert "Rollback Bluetooth changes for now." (android_frameworks_base)
SystemUI: don't crash when user disable default apps (android_frameworks_base)

Has the echo been fixed with the devices?

Hell no. None of the devs can figure it out or what exactly is causing the problem. I was initially helping until yesterday and I backed out. It's too stressful. Sorry bro. They'll fix it when they can I guess. I went to stock With GEL again. Not worth the headache.

Well rather than going to stock you can go to Jellybean ROMs. They don't have that bug.

Could it be a issue with the cellular RIL in the devices? Is the camera fix tho?

    [ROM] CyanogenMod OFFICIAL NIGHTLIES - 4.4/4.3.1- CM10.2/CM11 - D801

    CyanogenMod is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 4.3.1/4.4, which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device. Please note I am testing to see if this works so please let me know.

    Code:
    #include
    /*
     * Your warranty is now void.
     *
     * I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
     * thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please
     * do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM
     * before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if
     * you point the finger at me for messing up your device, I will laugh at you.
     *
     * Submitting bug reports on nightly builds is the leading
     * cause of male impotence.

    CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

    All the source code for CyanogenMod is available in the CyanogenMod Github repo. And if you would like to contribute to CyanogenMod, please visit out Gerrit Code Review. You can also view the Changelog for a full list of changes & features.

    First time installing CyanogenMod 10.2/CM11 to your LG G2 (D801), or coming from another ROM:
    - Read the official wiki
    - Copy GApps and CM10.2 ZIPs to your SDCard
    - Boot into Recovery
    - DO A DATA WIPE / FACTORY RESET

    - Don't restore system data using Titanium Backup!

    Okay, I am frustrated with this recovery crap.

    Why does the OP's 1st post here have a link that says :

    ClockworkMod-Recovery:
    recovery-clockwork-touch-6.0.3.3-d801.img

    But, when you click on it, there is NO recovery for D801 on the page. It is frustrating.

    It was there at one point but the person building removed it... seems he's no longer building for the d801

    Here ya go... newest TWRP and philz touch for the LG=G2
